From time to time, we all have the odd dispute with our neighbours or hate what the committee has done, this is where you come to complain.
How to Complain
RHAA's complaints procedure allows all members of the allotments to voice their disputes, giving the committee the chance to sort things out and to resolve the issues openly right to the end of the procedure.
If you have a complaint either against a fellow member causing you problems, something you don't agree that the committee are doing or you dislike something happening around you on the RHAA allotments, let the committee know. If you voice it to a committee member they will ask you to either write a letter or if you prefer, to fill in a form. The forms will be readily available at the shop and also here,

You will receive a note quickly to say that your complaint has been received and a committee member will contact you soon after to ask for full details. At this time please have any evidence you may have by way of items or photographs ready for them to see.
They will then go away and look into your complaint fully. If you would like to, they can arrange for you to sit down with them and the person who you are complaining about to talk things through, but whether this happens or not, they will try to resolve the problem happily between you to everyone's agreement. There maybe actions that need to be taken and the committee promises to make sure these are done as best as possible. And at the end of the process you will receive a report of what has happened.
If you have any further questions before you complain, please do ask a committee member, their details are on the website, if you don't have access, ask Ray in the shop who to talk to.
