Trading Hut during Covid

In the current situation it has been decided that the Trading Hut can no longer open in its normal format and will be closed for the foreseeable future.

In future any tenant wishing to obtain materials from the Trading Hut can order them 'remotely'.
Simple orders, for a limited number of items, can be made by phone to 07849 185416.
More complicated orders can be done by email to rayframpton312@gmail.com.
  • You must include name and plot number in the heading.
  • List each item in full (in an email use cut & paste) with the quantity required.
  • Completed orders will be available between 9am and 10.30am Monday to Saturday. Please indicate preferred collection days giving as wide a range as possible. The day your order can be available will be confirmed to you by phone or email.
  • Payments, preferably by cheque made out to R.H.A.A., need to be posted through the letterbox in the middle container prior to collection in an envelope labelled with name and plot number.
  • When you confirm payment by phone or email this will trigger items being picked and prepared for collection.
  • Please allow 3 days from payment to collection.
Given that deliveries are limited, stocks are running low but the items still available are listed in the list on the attached link.
Stock List
Please note that sale of plants in the frames in front of the Trading Hut is unaffected and payment can be made through the letterbox as normal.
