ROESHOT HILL ALLOTMENT ASSOCIATION

Seed and potato orders 2014-15

As last year we are trying to arrange potato, seed and onion orders for members and associate members. Prices are very similar to last year and there is almost no increase in the potato prices.
For those of you who are new members we buy potatoes in bulk to bag up and sell at £0.90 per Kilo, far cheaper than anywhere else and also sell specials in bags of 2kg. at discount prices. There will be clearly marked forms at the Trading Hut.

The Tuckers catalogues will be available from a box in front of the trading hut from mid-October.
As before there will be a bulk potato order form with space for any special orders. The bulk potatoes are already sold at a discounted price. Special potato orders come with a 15% discount off the catalogue price. THERE IS NO FURTHER DISCOUNT There are no double discounts on two pack potatoes.
We are unable to split packs of potatoes.

All seeds and onions can be purchased at 15% off the catalogue price.
Please note that there will be no seeds on sale at the trading hut next year. There will be an onion available but reduced from last year.

There will be three forms, one each for potatoes, seeds and onion sets, copies of which are available at the Trading Hut.
We are trying to make the forms as simple as possible to use.  Please read them carefully as it could affect the discount you receive.
Will members please fill forms in clearly?  If Tuckers cannot read them they cannot fulfil the order. There is space on the SEED order form to add the total of the seed, onion/shallot and potato orders together to enable members to sort out the correct price to pay.

This service is open to members and associate members and the committee wishes to thank all those who have supported the association by placing orders over the past few years. We hope they will continue to do so.

Unfortunately we are as yet unable to reproduce these forms on the website (technical difficulties/website organiser's lack of knowledge!).
