2017 ANNUAL ASSOCIATION SHOW - WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We are hoping to stage the Association Show in early August again this year.
The show is for all members where you can show off your fruit and vegetables in friendly competition with other gardeners and have informed comments from RHS judge David Bassil.
As we said last year new plot holders will be especially welcome. This is not Chelsea, this is for fun. The photo at the head of this page shows us celebrating the 2016 show.
We have a master list, templates for schedules and entry forms, we have a President to present prizes and volunteers who in the past have put up tents, fetched tables and equipment, organised printing and photocopying, and this year, and help in displaying flowers at the Show from a plot holder who really does know what he is doing.
What we do not have is a coordinator to run the Show!
- Preferably with the help of a very small sub-committee, to call up and tie in the willing helpers.
We would like to stage the Show - but not run by the main committee who will turn out to help, not do the organising.
