Update 19th Sept
We were represented at the EIP by two committee members who put our case very eloquently. The Inspector spent some time on the issue of the allotments.
In the words of our secretary:-
I have to say that Dr Cort, as the inspector called him, played a blinder, particularly over the weaknesses of the projected sites at Hinton.
The next issue is our application to have the allotments identified as a 'Community Asset'. The Council consider this at their next meeting but the officers have recommended refusal - on 'legal' grounds
